Dear Members,

Our region has been invited to participate in the 2008 Sussex County, Delaware Return Day Parade and Ox Roast. This is a rain or shine event.

This is a big election year, in that Delaware is electing a Governor, and there's a Presidential election as well. Participation in this event can do nothing but make our region look even better.

The following vehicles are requested.

Hotel information is being compiled this month and will be available in the next month or so. We are planning to block enough rooms for all those interested. It’s best to go there on Wednesday, Nov. 5, as things get started shortly after breakfast. All our moves as a group with our cars will be police escorted.

There will also be a basic security check of those who have not participated in this event.

Anyone who is interested in participating please contact me by phone or e-mail as soon as possible. This is the southern most area of our region.

This is a historic event that we will be proud to have participated.
